hummus
Ingredients
- Dried Garbanozo Beans
- 1.5 cups
- Garlic
- 1 clove
- Serrano pepper (or your favorite chili pepper)
- About 1 inch
- Lemon
- 1
- Tahini
- 5 tbsp
- Nuetral oil
- 4 tbsp
- Cumin
- 1/4 tspn
- Salt
- to taste
Instructions
- soak beans overnight

boil beans for 1 hour, skimming the foam that appears while
cooking.

put garlic, cumin, juice of 1 lemon, tahini, salt, and 1 inch of
the pepper (i like more), and oil into a blender
- blend it
- add beans and blend until smooth

adjust seasoning and texture! Use water (or tahini) to thin it
out. Add more beans to thicken
